That squeak from new shoes on tile is almost always the smooth sole gripping and slipping against a hard floor, or a little trapped moisture between the insole and the shoe.
The fastest fix is to rough up the soles: rub the smooth areas with fine sandpaper or scuff them on rough concrete to add grip. For squeaks coming from inside, lift the insole and sprinkle a little talcum powder or baking soda underneath to absorb moisture and stop the rubbing.
If the noise is at the heel, a few drops of conditioner on the contact point softens the material enough to silence it.
